Poor experience. Pilot said he could not fly because of weather conditions, no big deal we understood…however after going to the beach as a backup plan, which is where the tour goes anyway, we realize there are clear blue skies and no winds. I have piloted aircraft before so i called bullshit and demanded my money back. Whoever mans the front desk said it he put in for the refund and it should go through in a week…no luck. Call the week later…oh it takes 30 days…ok 30 days later…nothing. So i finally call my bank to dispute the claim. UNPROFESSIONAL. Google, username: Matthew E
