I treated someone special to a surprise….and there is nothing more surprising than flying a plane. Flight intro lessons are $79 and to me that’s about the same price as a dinner and movie for 2, so not bad. The entire experience lasted an hour. 30 minutes of inspecting the plane and safety. The flight was a lil over 30 minutes and we flew by Lake Lanier. Our instructor was friendly and knowledgeable. It was an awesome experience and I would definitely recommend it for anyone looking for a unique experience or if they are interested in becoming a pilot. I knock off one star because the plane we flew was on the older side. I believe it was made in ’74. It flew smooth though but I would have preferred something at least made in the 90s..but hey that’s just me! Yelp, Loren B
Beat flight school on the field!! Google, Username: Steven Davis
The better of the two flight schools at this airport. Better service, better availability of the instructor you want (no jumping around with instructors which will end up costing you more money), and the aircraft are very well maintained. Only drawback on some of the aircraft is that they are lease backs which means the owners allow the flight school to use them when the owner doesn’t need them which can mess with your schedule sometimes; however, Advanced Aviation is well worth the money. – Google, Username: Jerry R Hawkins
