Not so good! – Facebook, Username: Javeria Arshad
I have to admit, I’m a little biased writing this review, because my parents own it. I’ve grown up at Cirrus Aviation, and it’s really all I’ve ever known. In any case, Cirrus really is a great place to work. I learn something new almost everyday, even though I’ve been there my whole life. There’s always stuff to do, and lots of trouble-shooting, problem solving, and just general maintenance and inspections as well. A load of fun. – Indeed.com, Username: unknown
Management did not interact with employees.
No feedback on job performance.
Management expected employees to be anonymous, but gave no guidance, no resolution to issues and there was no formal expectation of what someone in my position should be able to accomplish.
Other employees were good to work with.
Typical workday is 12-14 hours, everyday. – Indeed.com, Username: Unknown
Pros
The owners are not only full of great integrity for the Aviation Industry and don’t cut corners in a market that really can go under because the profit margin is so low. They do everything by the FAA books and really hold their CFIs to the same standard of accountability. The group of people you encounter and work with are so fun and truly inspiring and happy to be there.
Cons
There are no benefits..ie…medical..paid days off…holiday
