I had a good time and received great service. They have a nice pilot shop that you can get your supplies from and the prices are great. Quality instruction and friendly staff.
A Google User
In August 2012, I got checked out in one of Acuwings’ Piper Warriors for a rental. After a nice flight to Portland for dinner, we returned the plane. The flight was beautiful and uneventful. After leaving Acuwings we realized we had not left the gas receipt with the plane to receive reimbursement for fuel costs incurred.
Over the course of 9 months, after 6 emails, 3 phone calls speaking to Zana Acuner and multiple promises that reimbursement would be submitted, I have still received none of the sort.
I can not recommend Acuwings due to the way this issue has been handled (or not handled). YELP, Mathew K
