I have been working at Airline Transport Professionals full-time (More than 10 years)
Pros
Worth to work at. High standard and highly professional
Cons
It is not always tumb up. The best thing to do is to minimize down side and try always to shoot for the moon.
Advice to Management
Keep head up. The best is to come.

A typical day at work was laid back and productive.
I leaned new things everyday about the job and about life in general.
Mangment was good. Had a great boss even though we didnt always see eye to eye.
My co-workers where great guys. Could work and have fun at the same time.
Nothing hard about the job except I was the only person in my position.
Most enjoyable where the vacation days and hours.
Pros
vacation days, and smoke breaks

Open office, get ready for students both new and potential, provide information about the Flight school programs. General office duties, maintain accurate records for FAA, proctor exams of Airman Knowledge tests, data entry, maintain facility, provide tours, collect payments and make deposits. What was learned how to conduct yourself around planes and an airport safety. Management was great, they wanted everyone to be successful. Co-workers were always encouraging students and each other. Most difficult part of the job was when a student failed an exam. However the most enjoyable part was encouraging the student to continue to study, retake the exam and passing. Their smile and accomplishment of passing an exam was all worth it.
Pros
Working at the airport, watching Military planes land and meeting new people.
Cons
Long hours for students and instructors but well worth it in the end.

Co-workers were great but with upper management in Florida we were very micro managed with people that had no idea what was actually happening at our location. We had a very high pass rate and productive days that were anchored by safety at our workplace. Indeed.com
It stressful and the company really doesn’t go out of their way to make your experience a good one but if you keep your head down and do what your suppose to do, you can build your flight hours and get out of there. Indeed.com
I have been working at Airline Transport Professionals full-time (More than a year)
Pros
Above average pay for the location. Excellent benefits (health, 401k, vision, dental and free life insurance) are all VERY affordable. PLENTY of vacation time (roughly 2hrs pto earned per week). They put the profit back into the company. Unexpected raises, holiday bonuses, extra paid holidays, top notch shop equipment, etc. Work environment is very clean and organized. There is plenty of opportunity to lead and to le…

Cons
Nothing major comes to mind. ATP is a surprisingly LARGE company with a very short chain of command. This is good in many ways, but can be unnerving in others. On one hand, there is ZERO micromanagement and BIG decisions happen very quickly. On the other, if someone screws up in one maintenance location, a blanket policy is usually put in place company wide. This can be frustrating and feel a little disrespectful, bu…

Advice to Management
Finding a way to open a line of communication between all maintenance managers would serve this company well. Standardizing our maintenance efforts would as well.
