   I recently needed to cancel a reservation so I went to the website where I booked my flight and was told I needed to call for this service. So I called the number listed. It look me 37 calls to actually be connected ( I kept receiving a message that calls were heavy at this time) to a wait line. Tripadvisor, Username: Julie

   I love this airline. Flies direct to Cancun Cozumel and punta Cana from dfw. I have flown economy and first class. They offer great food drinks and snacks. Very friendly employees. Great vacation packages and prices. Accommodating for families. A definite go to airline for us. Tripadvisor, UsernameL Rerickson

   goofed up making the reservation, called the customer service line and the rep fixed everything for me and was extremely pleasant about it. 5 of us were flying, including my elderly parents. We had requested a wheelchair for my mother as part of the on line reservation, and it (and a wheelchair pusher) were there every time without us. – Tripadvisor, Username: MnMom

   On my first flight using Sun Country Airlines I was pleasantly surprised. Service was very good and the food was better than most airlines. Coffee was actually brewed and they baked chocolate chip cookies during the flight. Cost of upgrading to first was minimal and worth every penny.
