   I’ve been to this FBO several times within the past couple of months. Customer service is not in their vocabulary. They have never parked or greeted me. I placed a fuel order when I arrived and it was not completed upon my return 3 hours later. The personnel just looks at you from behind counter (If they are even around) and doesn’t even offer a “good afternoon” or “how can I help you?” Maybe they only care about jets and turbo props? On the upside, the FBO is really nice. It just needs to be operated by somebody else. Flightware.com, Username: Piper Saratoga
