   I have been working at Airline Transport Professionals full-time (More than a year)
   Pros
   Being at a airport seeing planes
   Cons
   Disorganized company from top to bottom, anyone can start if they have the money, people not doing what they can do, lots of favoritism, poor benefits, too much Drama
   Advice to Management
   Take time to talk to the employees. Glassdoor.com

   Great place to start your career and build experience. Just is not a place to stay at for 20 plus years. would recommend working here if your trying to build experience. Indeed.com

   Co-workers were great but with upper management in Florida we were very micro managed with people that had no idea what was actually happening at our location. We had a very high pass rate and productive days that were anchored by safety at our workplace. Indeed.com
