   This place took 2 months for my refund, i put some fund in for my IPC but only got 1 sim and back to my job, i asked for a refund but the process here extreme slow. Same with the training process. 3 called i made and 3 difference peoples asked the same question to verify my mailling address in 3 weeks. All kinds of excuses. I consider write a letter to city of concord and the BBB for a complain. Yelp, Username: Jack L

   They have three animals and maybe more and it smells like dog and the place is kind of dumpy but the people are very nice but it definitely is in need of a renovation. They sent someone to pick us up to miles away at the BART station and it took over 30 minutes. Yelp, Username: Maria A

   Stay away, instructors are not knowledgeable. They charge/over charge for everything. $7 for one page 173 checklist, etc Yelp, Pilot O
